SERVING INSTRUCTIONS:
· TUBE FEEDING:
Shake Well.
Pour directly into tube feeding container.
Adjust formula flow rate & volume to patient's condition and tolerance.
Provide additional water to meet fluid requirements.
Avoid contamination during preparation and use.
Do not add food or drugs, if product is tube-fed.
· ORAL FEEDING:
Shake Well.
Chill before serving.
NOT FOR PARENTERAL USE.
USE UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION.
NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN BELOW 4 YEARS OF AGE.
STORAGE:
Unopened, store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
